What is an Interactive Whiteboard?

An Interactive Whiteboard is a large interactive display. The image is displayed by a projector, which connected to a computer. Instead of using a mouse or a keyboard as you would normally with a computer, Interactive Whiteboards can use an electronic pen or, depending on the chosen model, allow the use of a finger.

Interactive Whiteboards are used in a variety of places, such as classrooms at all levels of education, within businesses and companies to give presentations and interactive conversations, and in training rooms by coaches and teaching staff. The possibilities for uses are infinate - any situation where a traditional whiteboard could be used, a 21st century, feature full Interactive WhiteBoard could dramatically improve the experience.
